CARAMEL, APRICOT, NUT, CHOCOLATE
Our current go-to Brazilian bean! It hits all the right notes you should expect from a Brazilian coffee, creamy, chocolate, nut and stone fruit. Lots of body this in all day drinking bean, particularly good with milk. This is roasted medium and plays well across all brew methods. Have family over? Friends? Not sure what to go for? Go for this. Likewise, if you prefer something more traditional, this is the one to get.
THE COFFEE ITSELF
Sourced from carefully selected growers in Carmo de Minas, Brazil. Samba Reserve is made up of naturally processed beans grown at altitudes between 1000 and 1300 metres above sea level. Only the ripest cherries are handpicked, carefully screened and then dried – first under the sun and then finished in mechanical driers – to achieve the perfect balance of body and sweetness.
